The advisor to the Minister of Health in the Gaza Strip, Dr. Fathi Abu Warda, announced today, Thursday, that the COVID vaccination campaign in Gaza will start next Sunday with medical personnel.
Dr. Abu Warda told Voice of Palestine radio that the cases of Corona virus infection decreased in the Gaza Strip, pointing out that the vaccine arrived in the Strip yesterday.
He pointed out that the vaccines are intended for medical, intensive care and emergency personnel, and organ transplant patients such as kidney patients, indicating that the vaccination will begin with medical personnel at the European Gaza Hospital, and doctors and employees working in the intensive care and emergency departments are now being counted, in preparation for giving them the vaccine next Sunday.

2020 Pattillo Whanganui Arts Review Open Award winner Tracy Byatt s new exhibition opens today, showcasing her work in an unlikely medium - sugar.
Winning the 2020 Open Award came with the opportunity to take on the 2021 Pattillo Project - a solo artist show case exhibition at the Sarjeant Gallery.
